During the summer, we eat a lot of “fruit bowl”. This sounds like a simple concept, but it really has healthified our eating habits! Every Saturday when I finish my weekly grocery shopping, I bring home a pile of our favorite fruit. Before it even goes in the refrigerator, I cut it all up and make our weekly fruit bowl.
We eat this for a fast snack. We eat this instead of a side with our dinner. When my husband wants something sweet, he reaches for this! It is so convenient – and so delicious! It lasts all week (sometimes I make two a week), and gives us the best possible snack! Try it! Buy all your favorite summer fruits, and be amazed at how easy it is to be healthy!
