So, this day is glorious.  We are still snowed in (our driveway is officially a sheet of ice) and last night we moved our old tube tv into our bedroom to watch the Olympics.  We woke up late, ate a late breakfast/lunch, and are pretty much acting like kids.  That’s ok, right?

I am reading through my favorite blogs, and decided to share some favorites with you!  I have a TON I read every day, and every time I read one of these women’s thoughts and adventures, I feel privileged to be let into a little part of their life :).  So on that note, I figured it would be fun to share them with you!

Screen Shot 2014-02-13 at 1.41.23 PMI read all my blogs using Bloglovin’.  Bloglovin’ is an awesome blog reader that saves blogs and posts new posts for me to read.  SO much easier that manually remembering and scrolling through my favorites!  It allows me to organize my blogs by category.  You can see my categories above.  I love how simple this makes it!  Here is my Bloglovin organization.

I use the category “Dailies” to list only my absolute favorites.  If I only have 20 minutes, these are the only ones I read.  Then come all my random categories – Lifestyle, Travel, Fashion, Food, etc.  I use the category “Sponsored” to remember the ones I have invested in – and the category “To Sponsor” to list all the ones I will sponsor in the future.  If I plan on sponsoring any blogs, this is where I go first to find my favorite options!

I use the category “Blog 101” for the all “build your blog and make it better” blogs.  This is  one of my favorite categories.  Also, I use “TILP” for all blogs that are partaking in The Intentional Life Project.  I want to keep y’all forefront in my mind!  Lastly, I use “Coupons” to read Hip2Save and Money Saving Mom and other couponing blogs.  Don’t want to miss those!

(As a shameless plug, you can follow A Modern Commonplace Book on Bloglovin’ here!)

Here are some of my favorite blogs!

Let’s Eat Grandpa is a new favorite of mine –  mostly because she loves grammar (as her title suggests), crafting, her marriage, and all things awesome!

Screen Shot 2014-02-13 at 1.58.28 PMI have always loved Pink Pistachio – and her photos, food, and beauty secrets…oh, and her hair!

I count on Bonnie from Going Home to Roost for constant lovely designs and beautiful things.  And, she makes my favorite monthly desktop calendars!

Screen Shot 2014-02-13 at 2.10.32 PMXO Sarah has my favorite blog about blogging.  If that makes sense.  Her “Fix It Friday” is a place for bloggers to submit their blog for one piece of advice on improving that blog.  I LOVE Fix-It Friday!

I love Bre at Peacoats and Plaid – mostly because she looks like P!nk.  Well, not just that.  She also is a die-hard DIYer, creative genius, and the queen of promoting blogging community.

I hope you are able to enjoy these women as much as I do – and find a few new blogs to read!  Make sure to leave a comment and let me know YOUR favorite blogs to read!
