In this day and age, the internet is bursting with ways to make money. There are so many sites for making money and saving money, that is really impossible to keep up with all of them. But, I wanted to share three of my favorite money-making avenues. None of these sites will make you rich, but they will make you smile every morning when you are 1 step closer to getting that $5 gift card! Please pass on any of your favorite ideas!

Swagbucks is my favorite “get rich” scheme every morning! Well, almost. Swagbucks is a super popular customer loyalty rewards program that allows people to earn rewards and free stuff by searching and shopping online and answering surveys. I do not use this to its full capacity, but use their toolbar to randomly receive “SwagBucks”. Swagbucks can be redeemed for prizes – but the only one that makes me super happy is their deal for Amazon gift cards – and you know how much I love Amazon! 450 Swagbucks can be redeemed for a $5 Amazon gift card, and I earn one of these about every month. This is actually a pretty small pick-me-up, but it makes me happy. You can also get so many other gift cards – including a $5 Starbucks or Target gift card for 500 Swagbucks. Swagbucks also awards ‘Bucks for taking surveys, making purchases online, using coupons…its pretty extensive! I have been using this since November 2010, and have earned $125 in gift cards. I love using my gift cards for a fun makeup or kitchen product I might not normally buy! Check it out!
My second favorite website for a little cash back is Ebates. This one is a no-brainer! Ebates is an online rebates site that rewards you for online purchases! The percentage you receive back depends on the store, but most stores are represented so it is easy to get a refund. Your refunds must be over $5.01 to get a refund check – but that easy to reach if you ever buy stuff online! I really love using this when we make large purchases. I LOVE that now Amazon purchases can receive a 3% cash back. These are their highlighted refund percentages for today – but keep in mind – there are HUNDREDS of stores available.Screen Shot 2013-05-08 at 10.27.48 AM
Lastly, my most recent favorite hasn’t been a money-making scheme – but more like a beauty-product-making scheme! I joined the L’Oreal Consumer Testing Panel last September, and have absolutely loved it! The company rewards participants for testing products and taking surveys. This is a slow process. Since being registered, I have only qualified for three different tests and surveys. But, in response to those tests, I have received awesome compensation! About a month or two after completing a product test, I have been mailed the most incredible stash of L’Oreal, Lancome, Maybelline products. Such a fun surprise in the mail. The product tests require you to use their product for a set amount of time, and complete extensive surveys. But because I enjoy makeup, so this is hardly difficult! There are innumerable surveys I haven’t qualified for, so there is no guarantee per survey. But, the ones I have qualified for are worth it! Here is a little photo of my latest rewards!
